Hey there, I'm Dyarllon.
I’m a photographer living in China, documenting the country through its places, people, and everyday moments.
I moved to China in 2016, and over the years I realized how different the lived reality here is from how it’s often portrayed or imagined abroad.
My work focuses on human-centered photography, combining visual storytelling with cultural context. I don’t aim to explain China in absolutes, but to offer perspective, nuance, and space for curiosity.
This website exists as a slower counterpart to social media. It’s a place for deeper photo stories, practical insights, and reflections that don’t fit into a single post. If my work helps you see China with a bit more clarity, empathy, or curiosity, then it’s doing what it’s meant to do.
